DirectorSue Wilshaw MSc., MCSP, Adv. Cert. In Physiotherapy in Occupational Health Sue trained at Teeside School of Physiotherapy, qualifying in 1975. Between 1976 and 1979 she worked in Middlesbrough General Hospital before starting in Private Practice in 1980. In 1985 Sue opened Capel Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd. In 1998 she gained an advanced certificate in Occupational Health from UEA and in 2002 was awarded a Masters Degree from Manchester Metropolitan University in Sports Injury and Therapy. Sue has a special interest in musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, occupational health, sports injuries, relaxation and stress management. She is retained by the English Institute of Sport to treat their athletes when necessary. Sue enjoys running and has completed seven London Marathons and one New York Marathon. |

Joanne Blackwood B Sc (Hons), Physiotherapy, MCSP, Member of AACP Jo trained at University of Hertfordshire qualifying in 2002. Since then she has spent three years working at Ipswich Hospital before moving out into the primary care trust and combining NHS work with private work. Jo's post graduate courses include biomechanics of the lower limb, lower spine problems, osteopathic techniques and acupuncture. She is a full member of the AACP (Acupuncture Association for Chartered Physiotherapists). She has a special interest in musculoskeletal disorders and can treat a wide range of problems. She is a keen runner, enjoys scuba diving and is a qualified advanced PADI diver. |

Andrea trained at Sheffield Hallam University, qualifying in 1996. Since then she has worked in many hospitals across Britain, including those in Taunton, Plymouth and Ipswich. Andrea started work at the clinic in September 2003 Special interests include musculoskeletal disorders, neck and back pain, sports injuries, acupuncture and pain management. |
